Gmail, Outlook, X & Reddit in one bar

The unified inbox
for Windows.

Every inbox, one glance away. TopDock adds a slim bar to the top of your screen with a tile for Gmail, Outlook, X and Reddit, each with a badge for what's new, plus a todo list for what can't wait. Read and reply right there, without opening a browser, then get back to work.

Everything you check all day,
one bar away

No more jumping between tabs and apps. Each inbox gets a tile with a quiet badge; one click drops it down, Esc closes it again.

Check in seconds

A badge tells you what's new. A click shows it.

The bar reserves its own space at the top of your screen, like the taskbar, so windows never cover it. Each tile shows how many new messages are waiting. Click to read, press Esc, done.

  • Drag tiles into any order, on any screen
  • Hide and show the bar with a shortcut
  • See when each inbox last synced
  • Starts with Windows, uses very little memory

How the Gmail and Outlook notifier works

Answer right there

Reply, attach, archive. Without a browser tab.

Read the whole email, reply or reply all, write a new one and attach files by dragging them in. Archive or delete handled mail in one click, with Undo if you change your mind. Half-written replies are kept, even after a restart.

  • Replies always go out from the inbox the mail arrived in
  • Remote images blocked until you allow them
  • Nothing is ever sent unless you press Send

Your inboxes, your way

Work Outlook and personal Gmail, side by side.

Connect as many Gmail and Outlook inboxes as you like. Give each tile a name and a colour so you never guess which inbox has the badge, or merge them into one combined tile that shows where every message came from.

  • One tile per inbox, or one for all of them
  • Switch inboxes from the panel's header
  • Each inbox has its own sign-in and badge
  • Pin a single conversation as its own tile

More about the unified inbox

X and Reddit, built in

Mentions, likes and replies, the way you know them.

See your X mentions and replies with profile pictures, plus who liked, reposted or followed you. Reply or write a new post in place. On Reddit, read replies and messages, answer them, or write a new post with the right flair.

  • Likes, reposts and new followers, with a check-now button
  • X activity checked on a schedule you choose
  • Reddit posts check the subreddit's rules first
  • No automated posting, ever

X and Reddit on your desktop

Todos, right on the bar

Turn a message into a todo. Tick it off later.

Some mail can't be answered in ten seconds. Press T on any email, mention or Reddit reply and it becomes a todo that links straight back to the message. Group todos into projects with their own colour, add a date or a time, and the Todos tile shows what's due today.

  • Projects with colours, each with its own list
  • Deadlines by date, or date and time
  • One click from a todo back to its message

Turn emails into todos

Make it yours

Full width, a slim pill, or floating.

Pick the dock style that suits your screen and see it live before you keep it. Drag the bar's edge to make it as wide as you like, resize the drop-down panel by its corner, and choose light, dark, or whatever Windows uses.

  • Three dock styles with a live preview
  • Resize the bar and the panel; TopDock remembers
  • Light, dark, or follow Windows

Quiet by design

Badges, not pop-ups. Focus stays yours.

TopDock never interrupts you unless you ask it to. Turn on pop-ups for the one tile that matters, set quiet hours for evenings and weekends, or pause all checks from the tray.

  • Pop-ups off unless you turn them on per tile
  • Quiet hours on a schedule, or "quiet now"
  • Light, dark, or follow Windows

Read: the inbox zero method, without the guilt

Your accounts stay yours

TopDock runs on your PC and talks straight to Gmail, Outlook, X and Reddit. There's no TopDock server in between.

Official sign-ins

You connect each account through the platform's own sign-in page. TopDock never sees your password.

Kept in Windows

Sign-in tokens live in Windows Credential Manager, encrypted by Windows, never in a file or in the cloud.

Nothing sent behind your back

No automated posts or replies. Every email and post goes out only when you press Send.

Disconnect means gone

Remove an account and TopDock erases its sign-in, saved messages, drafts and tiles from your PC. Your todos stay, without the link.

Questions

When can I get TopDock?

TopDock is in early testing on Windows. It's coming soon; this page will have the download as soon as it's ready.

Which accounts does it work with?

Gmail and Outlook (as many inboxes as you like), X and Reddit. You can also pin a single conversation as its own tile.

Where are my sign-ins stored?

In Windows Credential Manager on your own PC. TopDock has no account system and no server, so there's nowhere else for them to go.

Can I keep todos in it?

Yes. Add the Todos tile for a short list with projects, colours and deadlines, or press T on any message to turn it into a todo that links back to it. Todos are saved on your PC only, and a todo keeps a link to the message, not a copy of it.

Will it post or reply for me?

Never by itself. You write everything, and nothing is sent until you press Send or Ctrl+Enter.

Does X cost anything?

X charges developers for reading its API. TopDock keeps those reads small: it only fetches what's new, and you choose how often it checks mentions and likes, or turn activity off.

Will it slow down my PC?

No. TopDock is a small bar that checks for new messages every few minutes and stays out of the way the rest of the time.
